Agency looking for a LPN licensed in Virginia; duties include utilization review activities addressing the health care needs of individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities; conducting quarterly med check off; teaching team members lifting & positioning of quadriplegic; proper feeding, changing and bathing; assessment of signs and symptoms; drug side effects; Epilepsy; Nutrition and weight management; diabetes care; Liason with doctor offices and pharmacies; Flexible work schedule. Must have reliable transportation.
