Direct Care Team Members

Fast growing agency seeking team members to help adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities who live in group homes. You must be flexible, dedicated, driven, loyal, kind, enthusiastic & compassionate. Great pay & benefits including a profit sharing 401K plan. If hired, 30 day training @ $8/hr. After successful completion, pay increases to $8.50/hr. PT & FT all shifts & rotating weekends. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a HS diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, good driving record, pass a criminal background check & drug screening.
