Cabaniss Consultants, LLC is a blend of energetic young adults and more mature individuals with decades of experience. Our staff has been trained in intellectual or other developmental disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and traumatic brain injury. Our unique profile provides an environment that is filled with energy yet also rich with knowledge.

Cabaniss strongly believes in continuing education and training. We are proud to have joined with Central Virginia Community College to develop a Human Service Certificate Program. All employees are encouraged to complete this program within the first year of their employment.
