Residential Group Homes

GROUP HOMES
Congregate residential service providing 24-hour care in a community-based, home-like residence. These services are provided for individuals needing assistance, specialized and general supervision, and training in activities of daily living or whose service plan identifies the need for the specific type of supervision available in this setting. (Must be a minimum of 18 years old and have a diagnosis of an Intellectual or other Developmental Disability.)

Additional Services

  • Group Home Locations: Provide individualized and specialized assistance to individuals needing specific supervision in a Group Home setting.
  • Supportive In-Home Services: Services strengthen individual skills and provide environmental supports necessary to attain and sustain independent community residential living.
  • Sponsored Residential Home Services: A service that provides for supervised and programmatic support to families or individuals providing care or treatment for individuals in their homes.
  • Respite Care Services: A service that provides for a short-term limited time period of care to assist families, guardians or regular caregivers.
  • Crisis Stabilization: A service that provides short term, intensive treatment to individuals who require multidisciplinary treatment in order to stabilize acute psychiatric symptoms and prevent admission to a psychiatric impatient unit.
